Craftribal delivers all across India. The terms and conditions related to shipping policy are as follows :

1. The shipping tracker is accurate in most situations. We would still like to point out that it is an indicative estimate. 
2. As soon as your order is shipped, you receive our email with your package tracking details.  
3. We try our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Our usual dispatch time is 3-5 business days and our usual delivery time is 8-15 business days. 
4. The delivery of products is purely dependent on your location and the distance. We are not responsible for any delays by the courier companies. However, we would of course help you in assistance in such cases and help you track your package
5. Cratribal has a free cancellation policy if you cancel your order within the two hours of order placement. After two hours, we charge a minimum cancellation fee of 25 percent of your total order value.
6. In the event of a 30% advance payment for Cash on Delivery orders, should a customer refuse the parcel upon delivery, the advanced payment made by the customer is non-refundable.
