Craftribal delivers all across India. The terms and conditions related to shipping policy are as follows :

1. The shipping tracker is accurate in most situations. We would still like to point out that it is an indicative estimate. 
2. As soon as your order is shipped, you receive our email with your package tracking details.  
3. We try our best to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Our usual dispatch time is 3-5 business days and our usual delivery time is 8-15 business days. Most often, your package will take 10-25 business days to reach your doorsteps.
4. The delivery of products is purely dependent on your location and the distance. We are not responsible for any delays by the courier companies. However, we would of course help you in assistance in such cases and help you track your package
5. Cratribal has a free cancellation policy if you cancel your order within the two to three hours of order placement. After three hours, we charge a minimum cancellation fee of 25 percent of your total order value.
