Return & Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY :
At Craftribal, we take utmost care in ensuring that every product is packed and delivered safely. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer a replacement subject to the following conditions:

Unboxing Video Requirement – To be eligible for a replacement, customers must share a clear unboxing video of the product at the time of opening the package.

Timeline – The unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process – Once the unboxing video is reviewed and the damage is verified, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.

Refunds – Refunds are not applicable in cases of product damage; only replacements will be provided as per the above conditions.

Missing Item

In case of a missing product from the order, customers must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, the missing product will be dispatched.

If the product is unavailable or out of stock, a refund will be initiated for the missing item.
3) Return To Office (RTO) : In case of RTO from the customer’s end, the refund can be claimed. However, this refund would be processed after deduction of shipping and packaging charges. In case, the customer wants a new attempt for the parcel to be delivered, then shipping charges will be applicable.
*Please Note* - We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. We would be happy to reship the package if the customer bears the shipping fee.
RETURN POLICY
In case a customer wishes to return the product, we have the following regulations for the same:
1) The Reverse Shipment Charges have to be borne by the customer.
2) Pickup needs to be arranged by the customer.
3) Refund/Replacement of the product is done after receival of the product in good condition.
- Return-Refund : Refund amount for the returned parcel is processed after deduction of shipping and packaging charges.
- Replacement-Refund : Additional shipping and packaging charges are applicable to receive the replacement of the parcel.
4) Sale Days- Sale Products are not eligible for returns/replacements. Only Damaged / Missing items cases will be accepted for the assistance.
5) Stock Clearance Items- Stock clearance items can’t be replaced / Returned. NO REFUND/REPLACEMENT applicable for stock clearance products. Only Damaged/Missing items cases will be accepted for the assistance.
6) In the event of a 30% advance payment for Cash on Delivery orders, should a customer refuse the parcel upon delivery, the advanced payment made by the customer is non-refundable.
7) Please note that prepaid orders refused or rejected by the customer at the time of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Note- We regret to inform you that returns for fragile products can only be accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product with valid proofs as mentioned above.
GUARANTEE/RESPONSIBILITY
Craftribal uses outsourced manufacturing. Our products are procured directly from manufacturing units and local vendors. Stringent quality checks are commissioned and only products which have been certified by us are delivered to you. We take full responsibility for the quality of delivered products. We entertain all complaints and queries regarding the quality and authenticity of our products. We try to answer your queries regarding usage, breakage and non-functionality of the products. However, with newer stocks and products and a huge database of customers, it is not possible for us to entertain all such complaints. So please ensure that if you face any such problems, contact us within fifteen days of delivery. After fifteen days, no such queries and qualitative and functional allegations will NOT be entertained.
